Payment
You can make a payment by bank transfer or cash upon collection (max. 14,500 DKK). We only ship the watch once we have received payment, so processing time will depend on transaction time. We also note that with this form of payment, you are not covered by the chargeback scheme. See bank details here on the site.

Delivery Time
Delivery time is 5-10 days after receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Right to Complain
You have a 2-year right to complain if you shop online at Urbørsen. If you discover a defect or flaw in your product, you should contact us immediately and within a reasonable time frame. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, money refunded, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. As mentioned, you must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect.

Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy online. For all other types of transactions (orders), there is no right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to withdraw from your purchase.
